DYSTROPHIC CALCINOSIS: AN EXUBERANT CASE.

63 years old, femle, diagnosed with Diffuse systemic sclerosis for 19 yeas, presenting with extensive calcinosis in shoulder (Fig 1A and 1B), torax (Fig. 2) and hips (Fig. 3). Therapy alendronate, diltiazem, zoledronic acid, colchicin, warfarina and surgery was tried, but none of them were effective.
